FAW Bharat Forge (Changchun) Company Limited, as a well-known company in forging industry, we always place our focus on quality assurance. We now have 22 sets of inspection equipments being used for quality control during production process. We make continuous efforts to improve the quality level of our products, and inspection for FAB, crankshaft, steering knuckle etc has reached professional level in the industry. 

          >  8 sets of magnetic crack inspection machine used for cracks inspection of forging parts
          >  10 sets of HB-3000C Brinell hardness testers used for hardness testing during production process
          >  2 sets of ZL-YDJ3000 hydraulic Brinell hardness testers and 1 set of HBZ-3000A automatic Brinell hardness tester used for hardness testing of final products
          >  1 set of LH87 three-coordinates measurement machine used for dimension measuring of forging parts, toolings and clamps .
