At FAW Bharat Forge (Changchun) Company Limited, we will continuously introduce and absorb the advanced technologies and technics from domestic and abroad. We have applied PRO/E and CAD to technics and die design, which ensures us having superior technics development capacity. There are 35 employees engaged in product development in our company (including HT, material, finite element analysis), among them there is 1 doctor (metal material), 1 master (FEA), 8 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 15 assistant engineers. All of them have had the training for the above-mentioned development softwares, and 10 out of them have been to BFL India for training of development software & development process.
